Who you are dealing with

Workshops and coaching are provided by Arth — with Manu Gupta. By booking, you agree to these terms. You must be the parent or legal guardian of the teenager taking part.

What this is

Arth provides coaching and education in regulation, responsibility and life skills. It is not therapy, counselling, or a medical or psychological service. We do not diagnose or treat any condition. If we think a young person needs that kind of help, we will say so and suggest where to find it.

No guaranteed outcome

We will do the work described on the booking page with care. We cannot promise a particular change in your teenager, because that depends on them. We do not guarantee any reduction in screen time, improvement in marks, or change in behaviour.

Booking and payment

The price is shown on the booking page before you pay. Payment is taken by Razorpay. A seat is confirmed once payment succeeds, and we send confirmation by email.

Missing a session

Tell us at least 24 hours before and we'll move the seat to next date.

Refunds

If the workshop doesn't do what this page describes, tell us within seven days and we'll refund you in full.

If we have to cancel a session, you will get a full refund or a seat on another date — your choice.

During the session

• Teenagers attend on their own. Parents are asked not to sit in or listen.
• Sessions are not to be recorded, photographed or screenshotted by anyone taking part.
• We may remove a participant who makes the session unsafe or uncomfortable for others. In that case the fee is not refunded.

Confidentiality

What a teenager says or writes in a session stays with them. We will not report it to you. If something suggests a young person is at risk of harm, we will act on it and involve the right adult, including you where appropriate. See the privacy page for how we handle your information.

Workbooks and materials

Workbooks and resources are for your family's own use. Please do not resell them or share them publicly.

Our responsibility

Nothing here limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the version shown when you booked applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at info@arthwithmanu.com — most things can be fixed with one message.
